Rock & Write Reception

Time: Reception from 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM; Dinner from 7:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Welcome to Cleveland, the home of Rock & Roll, and the Crucial Communicator conference!

Cleveland is the home of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame & Museum. The term Rock & Roll was first uttered in Cleveland by DJ Alan Freed in the 1950's. Since then, Cleveland has embraced this music genre by welcoming and acting as a performance gateway for many artists.

This evening is a great way to meet and network with other STC members, presenters at Friday's conference, and STC Executive Director, Susan Burton. We will begin with a reception of light hors d'oeuvres at the conference hotel immediately followed by dinner at the Hard Rock Café restaurant. A cash bar will be available at both locations.

RSVP: You may have signed up previously for the hotel reception at conference registration. However, please let Registration Coordinator, Angela Dianetti know if you will be attending the reception and/or dinner so we can track attendance.

All-inclusive dinner at Hard Rock Café: $25.00. Payment for dinner to be made during the reception at the hotel.

Location:

Reception to be held in the Armington room at the Hilton Garden Inn.
Dinner to be held in the Icons of Rock room at the Hard Rock Café. The restaurant is within walking distance of the hotel. The hotel also has shuttle service available until 7:00 P.M. Please see the Travel section of the conference web site for further travel accommodations.
