How can you implement a content strategy in your organization? Even if you are already using some of these concepts, this workshop will provide you with the solid foundation to expand your horizons.

Mollye Barrett is a veteran content management strategist and technical communication consultant at ClearPath, where she develops strategies for optimizing content, improving the authoring environment and planning for business continuity. In her work with technical publication groups to implement XML-based content management systems, Mollye presents vendor-neutral content management options that focus on business case, document and workflow analysis, single-source writing and translation. Mollye is an STC Associate Fellow. Her non-profit roles include STC Single Sourcing SIG Manager, Editor-in-Chief TCBok, STC Wisconsin Chapter President and chapter mentoring program founder. Mollye has presented at many conferences including STC, LavaCon, TRI-XML, FrameMaker Chautauquas, DITA/TechComm, and DITA Netherlands.
What you need: no special tools, laptops, or other equipment needed! Bring a pen or pencil and something on which to take notes.
