The NEO STC listserv is an e-mail discussion list available to all STC members. The listserv was established to provide another way for members to communicate and network with each other. If you have not been receiving postings from the listserv, you are probably not a member and must join. All subscriptions are approved by an administrator. Messages themselves are not moderated.
Go to the listserv Web site at http://mailman.stc.org/mailman/listinfo/stcneohio-l. Fill out the fields and click Subscribe. A message will be sent to the listserv administrator requesting approval, which could take several days while your STC membership is verified. You will not be able to use the listserv until you are approved.
IMPORTANT: You must be a member of an STC community to join the NEO STC listserv.
To post a message
Send your message to stcneohio-l@mailman.stc.org. Note that responses to your message will be sent directly to you, not to the subscribers.
We encourage you to use the listserv to network with other NEO STC members. However, please follow a few guidelines before sending messages: Do not endorse or promote companies, political parties, or religious groups. Offering your opinion on products or services is fine; advertising them is not.
Do not provide personal information about members without their permission.
Be judicious about what you post to the listserv. Messages and discussions should enhance, not erode, the value of STC membership.
If using an out-of-office notification in your e-mail software, please specify stcneohio-l@mailman.stc.org as an exception if possible. This will help prevent out-of-office messages from being sent to the list.
If possible, please white-list anything from @mailman.stc.org to ensure that you receive messages.
To unsubscribe from the listserv
Go to the listserv Web site at http://mailman.stc.org/mailman/listinfo/stcneohio-l. Scroll down to the bottom, enter your e-mail address, and click Unsubscribe or edit options. You will receive a confirmation message.
