Created online help and other supporting documents for accounting and auditing support software. Managed 600-page document set for one of their premier internal software projects, in addition to many smaller projects.

Rockwell Software (12/1/1998 to 2004): Worked with the Process group to produce manuals, online help, and marketing collateral, including web page content. Also edited Software Connection, a technical support magazine for RSI customers.
