The Northeast Ohio (NEO) and Southwestern Ohio (SWO) STC communities are offering a $1,000 scholarship for one deserving Ohio undergraduate, graduate, or community college student studying technical or scientific communication. Applicants must be pursuing a degree or certificate in technical or scientific communication at an accredited Ohio educational institution or be a permanent Ohio resident pursuing a degree or certificate in technical or scientific communication at any accredited U.S. educational institution.
Our communities are delighted to offer this scholarship designed to encourage local academic excellence, provide the profession with educated communicators, and promote greater awareness of and participation in STC. Applicants will be evaluated based on their potential to contribute to the profession.
